Hi, James Southwell-Keely from Woollahra Health and Beauty. We’re the big, blue building on Edgecliff Road, just down the hill from Bondi Junction station.
Today we’re talking about revision breast surgery. They’re many, many women having cosmetic breast operations in this day and age, which is a wonderful thing for self esteem and to achieve one’s ideal body image.
However, they do come at a potential costs. Now, problems happen with every operator and every operation. But they certainly occur more commonly when performed by inexperienced hands, and more problems are seen when these complicated surgeries are performed in the day surgery setting rather than a formal hospital environment.
Needless to say, they do occur. When they do, they need to be made right. This can be very difficult, but so long as you fall back on the principles found in sound, plastic reconstructive surgery, then cosmetic mishaps can be made right again.
Further into this series we’ll be talking about individual procedures, problems that can occur and how they can be corrected. James Southwell-Keely signing off for now from Woollahra Health and Beauty. We’re the big, blue building on Edgecliff Road, just down the hill from Bondi Junction. Hope to see you soon. Bye now.
